Our Shipping Policy
At this time, all orders from Cassidy Designs will be shipped directly to your home. The cost of shipping will fluctuate dependent upon your location.
If any items are lost in the mail, we can try our best to assist you at info@cassidyydesigns.com, but cannot assure all items will be found.
If your item is lost due to the mailing service, you must replace your order, email info@cassidyydesigns.com including your initial + new order numbers, with an explanation of your situation If done so correctly, a discount will be in discussion.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your Cassidy Design. Due to each of our items being handmade, over hours of labor and prayer, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
